Excavator and Dozer Operator

KBL is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator specializing in excavators and dozers in Calgary, Alberta. This role involves safe operation of equipment for grading and excavation tasks.

As a Heavy Equipment Operator in our Projects department, you will utilize over 5 years of experience to perform precise excavation and grading work.

Your role includes conducting equipment checks, maintenance, and assisting with site preparation. We value attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to changing conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy machinery including excavators and dozers safely

• Perform pre-operational checks and maintenance on equipment

• Load and move materials with care and accuracy

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas

• Transport materials from sites to stockpiles efficiently

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience operating excavators and dozers

• Class 3 License with Air Brake certification preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

• Willingness to work in various weather conditions

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
