Position: Senior Field Technician for MV Cable

As a Senior Field Technician, you'll oversee splicing, terminations, and testing of medium to high voltage installations, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Key skills required include extensive experience with various cable systems, troubleshooting, and the ability to mentor others. Your insights will contribute towards maintaining reliable power transmission across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test and inspect medium to high voltage cable installations

• Perform maintenance on transformers and circuit breakers

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems

• Mentor junior technicians and prepare job reports

• Rotate emergency on-call duties for urgent customer needs

Requirements:

• High School diploma/GED and 5+ years of relevant experience

• Strong medium voltage cable termination and splicing skills

• Knowledge of NETA, NEC, OSHA, and NFPA standards

• Valid driver’s license and passport preferred

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
