Position: Senior Trainer for Flaggers Recruitment
Become a key player in traffic safety by training future flaggers! We are seeking skilled Traffic Control Trainers for the upcoming busy season.

In this senior role, you will instruct flaggers on directing traffic, monitor traffic conditions, and assist with the implementation of control devices. Effective communication and strict adherence to safety protocols will be vital for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train on directing and controlling traffic at worksites

• Monitor and adjust to changing traffic situations

• Setup and maintain traffic control devices properly

• Deliver clear instructions in accordance with provincial law

• Document all traffic incidents and safety measures taken

Requirements:

• Completion of “Train the Trainer Course” mandatory

• Alberta flagging certification essential

• Prior experience in traffic control operations

• Excellent communication skills required

• Strong focus on safety and detail-oriented approach
