Beyond Thermal is looking for a Fireproofing Labourer to join our team. In this role, you will be prepping, handling, and installing fireproofing and fire stopping materials in a physically active job site environment.

• Assist crews in applying mud and fiber materials for fireproofing
• Assist with moving scaffolding and other equipment
• Prep spaces to be sprayed ahead of installer and clean up behind the installer
• Daily paperwork

• 1+ years of experience installing fireproofing materials and understanding application systems.
• Ability to safely operate power tools and work in a hands‑on environment.
• Valid driver’s license and experience driving trucks with trailers.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Compensation range of $30/hr to $45/hr, for hours worked, and will be based on industry experience. We offer a number of extra benefits as listed below, but may be subject to a probationary waiting period.

• $18-$25 per hour, depending on experience and skillset.
