Position: Full-Time HVAC Installers at ARPI’S INDUSTRIES
ARPI’S INDUSTRIES is seeking full-time furnace replacement installers. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience with residential HVAC installations.

As part of our team, you’ll be involved in installing HVAC equipment while maintaining high standards of customer service. Candidates should have a strong work ethic, a clean driving record, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. We provide ongoing training and a uniform service to support our technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute furnace replacements efficiently and effectively

• Deliver top-notch customer service installation experiences

• Keep company vehicles clean and functional

• Attend training sessions for continuous skill development

• Follow safety regulations during all installations

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant HVAC experience

• High school education or equivalent

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required

• Preferably registered in sheet metal/refrigeration trades

• Pride in workmanship and customer interactions necessary
