TTI is looking for a Service Technician to join our Milwaukee team in Calgary, AB. Repair portable power tools and thrive in a fast-paced environment focused on excellence.

As a full-time Service Technician at TTI Canada, you will be integral to the Milwaukee brand. This role involves following a standardized repair process for diagnosing and fixing tool failures. Strong time management and mechanical aptitude are crucial as you will work in a team setting delivering best-in-class service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Log and assess power tools for repair

• Follow standardized repair methods and processes

• Prioritize and conduct in-branch repairs

• Meet productivity targets consistently

• Provide support to various departments as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Mechanical aptitude with repair experience

• Organized with strong communication skills

• Team-oriented mindset able to work independently
