Wajax is hiring a Field Technician specializing in power generation. The role includes diagnosing and servicing heavy machinery, collaborating closely with customers for repair authorizations. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of experience, strong mechanical skills, and enjoy engaging with clients to provide superior service and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose components and equipment service needs

• Repair and maintain machinery on-site and in-shop

• Recondition engine and hydraulic components as necessary

• Compile service paperwork and update records accurately

• Participate in ongoing Health & Safety training

Requirements:

• Trade certification or Red Seal qualification

• 2-3 years of field experience in mechanics

• Effective customer communication skills

• Strong capability in problem analysis

• CVIP License and Class 3 Driver’s license assets
