Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performance team serving customers in a local market/area.
  • Review job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed prior to reporting to the job site.
  • Assess conditions of the job once on‑site; set forth plans based on time allotment, tools needed, and order of work—assign duties to your crew for work to be performed.
  • Install products and services with the support of a national team of trained professionals.
  • Innovate and troubleshoot situations as needed to complete the job, meeting company standards and timetables.
  • Provide customers with superior quality and service while onsite performing work.
  • Ensure all final documentation is completed accurately and given to the proper parties.
  • Supervise the crew and provide on‑the‑job training to Installers and the Co‑Foreman.
  • Drive the company‑provided vehicle to and from the job site daily.
  • Regularly report to work on time each working day.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills, ability to motivate, and be a team player.
  • Experience leading crews or small teams.
  • Basic construction or mechanical knowledge.
  • Valid, non‑restrictive driver’s license.
  • Experience entering crawl spaces and other confined areas.
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Working Conditions

The position involves lifting heavy objects and/or up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for long periods, and performing strenuous physical labor. The employee must use abdominal and lower back muscles to support over time without fatigue, lift and carry heavy loads, and have excellent manual dexterity and multi‑limb coordination. The job requires the ability to quickly move arms and legs and excellent stamina.

Reading reports, data, and information on computer screens is also required.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive hourly pay plus bonus paid per job (average $92k per year). 2 weeks PTO and 6 paid holidays.
