Position: Lead Millwright for Pump Mechanics
Advance your career as a Lead Hand Millwright with Celeros Flow Technology, focusing on dismantling, inspecting, and rebuilding API pumps. Flexibility for overtime and evening shifts required.

This role involves leading a team in the mechanical and maintenance work environment. You will have expertise in pump mechanics, specifically API classifications, along with the ability to effectively communicate with trade personnel and engineers. Your responsibilities include precise measurements, inspection, and reporting on mechanical parts while maintaining the work area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dismantle and rebuild various API pumps

• Inspect components using engineering techniques

• Enter inspection data into reports

• Lead and manage team tasks effectively

• Maintain excellent work area organization

Requirements:

• Completed Industrial Millwright apprenticeship

• 3-5 years in rotating equipment maintenance

• Knowledge of API pumps is preferred

• Welding and forklift experience are a plus

• Strong organizational and communication skills
