Key Responsibilities:

• Install and repair assigned Agfa products effectively

• Conduct safety checks and functional testing on-site

• Communicate regularly with regional management

• Document service calls, expenses, and reports clearly

• Manage parts ordering and maintain service tools

Requirements:

• Associate degree in electronics technology or equivalent

• 2-3 years’ experience in high-tech or inkjet environments

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Knowledge of printing and publishing markets

• Experience with remote diagnostics
