Experienced Dozer Operator

KLS Earthworks & Environmental is hiring an Experienced Dozer Operator in Calgary. This full-time position involves precision grading, equipment maintenance, and a commitment to safety.

As a Finish Dozer Operator, you will ensure the safe operation of dozers and assist with ground crew needs. KLS values dedication and expertise as you perform daily safety checks and maintenance on equipment. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate dozers and other heavy equipment safely

• Conduct daily maintenance checks, lubricate, and clean

• Execute fine grading and finishing tasks

• Utilize GPS systems as needed for operations

• Assist ground crew when machines are not utilized

Requirements:

• 5+ years of dozer operation experience

• Must lift and carry at least 50 lbs regularly

• Ready to work outside city limits as required

• Ability to work long hours, including weekends

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
