Position: Full-Time Telephone Equipment Technician

We are hiring a technician with at least one year of experience in telephone installation and repair. You will be responsible for installing, removing, and maintaining telephone equipment, conducting service tests, and troubleshooting issues. An organized and accurate approach along with a secondary school graduation certificate will qualify you for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain telephone systems and associated hardware

• Test systems to locate faults and issues

• Repair switching systems and associated software

• Maintain accurate test and service reports

• Conduct computerized testing on customer lines

Requirements:

• High school graduation certificate required

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience

• Authorization to work in Canada required
