Solids Control Technician

Position: Solids Control Technician Role
Advance your career with Stage 3 as a Solids Control Field Technician, specializing in managing solids for drilling operations. This role, based in Calgary, offers on-the-job training in safety-sensitive environments.

As a technician, you will be responsible for managing equipment and contributing to efficient drilling operations throughout various job sites in Canada. Expect to learn about drilling fluid properties, perform fluid analyses, and engage in daily safety meetings while working a rotational schedule of 14 days on and 7 days off.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage solids control processes and equipment operation

• Learn rigging techniques for efficient setups

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in work areas

• Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent

• Prior experience with solids control preferred

• Valid driver's license with clean record

• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills

• Must pass safety certification requirements
