Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and finalize wall and roof structures effectively

• Interpret blueprints for precise project layouts

• Execute back framing to fulfill home requirements

• Manage site logistics and craning needs

• Maintain a high standard of safety and quality

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience

• 2-5 years in residential framing

• Journeyman Carpenter certification is beneficial

• Familiarity with building codes and safety measures

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
