Position: Skilled Excavator Operator for Underground Projects
Become a Mainline Excavator Operator at Kidco Construction, contributing to our Underground Division for the 2026 season. We are in search of safety-minded operators with 3-5 years of relevant experience.

In this vital role, you’ll operate mid to large sized excavators, handling tasks such as digging triple lines, craning pipe, and managing gravel and manholes with precision. Your reliability and teamwork will play a critical role in executing safe and efficient operations on our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate large excavators with precision

• Perform triple line excavations and pipe work

• Manage gravel installations and manhole setups

• Collaborate proactively with team members

• Prioritize safety in all operations

Requirements:

• 3-5 years as a mainline excavator operator

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Safety certifications preferred

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Ability to work in a team-focused environment
