This role focuses on learning through hands-on experience, assisting Journeymen in installing, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical equipment. Key Responsibilities:

• Install and realign oilfield and mechanical equipment

• Conduct precision measurements and power transmission setups

• Repair and maintain pumps and hydraulic systems

• Fabricate components using machining and power tools

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED with vocational training progress

• 4+ years of relevant shop or manufacturing experience

• Skilled in reading blueprints and schematics

• Knowledgeable in welding techniques and safety regulations

• Strong work ethic and communication skills
