Position: HVAC/R Working Foreperson in Alberta
Join Ainsworth as an HVAC/R Working Foreperson in Alberta and lead a talented service technician team. Drive efficient service solutions while enhancing customer relations and equipment maintenance.

As a vital team member, you will report to the Regional Operations Manager and coach Service Technicians to ensure quality service across the Alberta Region. Your expertise will support technical problem-solving, emphasize safety protocols, and promote continuous professional development. Your leadership will directly impact project execution and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish strong customer relationships and maintain professional communication

• Oversee equipment service, maintenance, and repairs

• Provide technical assistance and training to the team

• Assist in project planning and scheduling contracts

• Ensure adherence to environmental health and safety policies

Requirements:

• 10 years of experience as a certified Journeyperson

• Current refrigeration license and ODP card

• Gas Fitter 1 certificate requirement

• Strong planning and organization skills

• Good understanding of Ainsworth products
