Join Technical Workforce Inc. as a Carpenter Apprentice at the Fish Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant in Calgary, AB. Enjoy a 5 days on, 2 days off schedule with local candidates preferred.
Jardeg is actively recruiting Carpenter Apprentices ready to dive into hands-on work. You'll assist in constructing forms, shaping materials, and ensuring work meets safety standards. Collaborate with supervisors to address any abnormalities and maintain clean job sites as part of your duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in building forms for concrete
• Cut, shape, and join materials as needed
• Check work accuracy and make necessary adjustments
• Study blueprints to plan carpentry tasks
• Construct scaffolding and chutes for concrete pouring
Requirements:
• Registered Carpenter Apprentice preferred
• Proof of hours in industrial carpentry for non-ticketed
• Experience in concrete formwork is essential
• Ability to work independently and within teams
• Legally entitled to work in Canada
