Position: Carpenter Apprentice for Infrastructure Project
Join Jardeg as a Carpenter Apprentice in Calgary, AB, working on an infrastructure project. This local position focuses on concrete forming and structural assembly with a 5 on, 2 off shift schedule.

We are seeking Carpenter Apprentices to assist in various tasks, including building concrete forms, cutting and shaping materials, and maintaining safety compliance on site. Candidates registered with a provincial training authority will be given preference, and local applicants will be prioritized for this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in constructing forms for pouring concrete

• Cut, shape, and join materials with accuracy

• Inspect work for deficiencies and make necessary adjustments

• Erect scaffolding for assembly tasks above ground

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Registration as a Carpenter Apprentice preferred

• Proof of relevant industrial carpentry hours for non-ticketed carpenters

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada

• Comply with safety and regulatory standards
