Summer Painter

Position: Summer Painter at Boardwalk
Join Boardwalk in Calgary as a Summer Painter, ensuring quality and safety in residential suites. This role involves painting, surface preparation, and equipment maintenance across multiple properties.

Boardwalk is seeking five motivated summer students to assist with painting and suite preparation in Calgary. Candidates will work in designated quadrants, focusing on tasks like mudding, sanding, and patching, while ensuring effective communication with site associates. A commitment to customer service and attention to detail is crucial for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting through various techniques

• Paint residential suites as scheduled

• Communicate daily with all site associates

• Maintain equipment and painting materials properly

• Manage inventory accurately and complete necessary paperwork

Requirements:

• Previous painting or maintenance experience preferred

• Valid class 5 driver's license and own vehicle preferred

• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 90kg with equipment

• Quick learner with adaptability and initiative
