As part of TCRS’s team, you will be responsible for servicing mini excavators, skid steers, and various other construction tools and devices. The position emphasizes excellent customer interaction and a commitment to safety as you conduct repairs and maintenance both in the shop and in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair rental fleet equipment

• Conduct service on heavy machinery and small engines

• Interact with clients during service appointments

• Perform after-hours work as needed

• Maintain safety protocols diligently throughout tasks

Requirements:

• Journeyperson certifications in Electrical and Heavy Duty Mechanic

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities

• Knowledge of engine and hydraulic systems

• Familiarity with diesel generators from 8 KW to 200 KW

• Fit for work and able to meet physical demands
