Journeyman Electrician

Position: Journeyman Electrician for ATCO Frontec
Join ATCO Frontec as a certified Journeyman Electrician in Calgary or Edmonton, Alberta. This role focuses on essential electrical system maintenance, inspections, and compliance in various settings.

In this position, you will work on projects across Alberta and Northern Communities as part of the ATCO Facilities Solutions team. Your expertise in installations and troubleshooting will ensure work complies with safety standards. Be prepared to work flexible hours and possibly travel outside Alberta.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete inspections and report on equipment issues

• Ensure electrical installations meet safety codes

• Install and maintain electrical systems and equipment

• Participate in planning and execution of new projects

• Conduct repairs as necessary to maintain compliance

Requirements:

• Red Seal certification with 2+ years experience

• Strong background in commercial and residential systems

• Class 5 license with clean driving record

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Comfortable reading schematics and drawings
