Position: Calgary Heavy Equipment Operator Role
KBL is hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator in Calgary, Alberta, specializing in excavators and dozers. You'll ensure safe equipment operation and precise grading and excavation.

As a Heavy Equipment Operator, your extensive experience will guide daily tasks in grading and excavation. Performing pre-operation checks and routine maintenance is part of your role, alongside maintaining safe work environments. Strong attention to detail and teamwork will enhance your effectiveness in our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate various heavy equipment, focusing on excavators

• Conduct pre-operational checks and perform maintenance tasks

• Accurately load and handle materials like earth and debris

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

• Assist with team tasks and transport materials efficiently

Requirements:

• At least 5 years' experience with excavators and dozers

• Class 3 License with Air Brake certification desirable

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work safely in all conditions

• Availability for shift work needed

• Strong eagerness to learn and adapt
