CGSB Certified NDT Technician (RT/MT) - Calgary

Apave Canada has immediate, Full-time position available for CGSB Certified NDT Technicians within our NDT Services Department in Calgary, Alberta.

Candidates must hold valid CGSB certifications in Radiographic Testing (RT) and Magnetic Particle Testing (MT). Please indicate all CGSB certifications and levels currently held in your application.

Apave Canada has been serving the oil and gas, petroleum and petrochemical, chemical, power generation, pipeline and potash industries since 1953. Our Canadian operations currently provide services from Edmonton, Regina, Calgary, Cold Lake, Saskatoon, Fort McMurray, Grande Prairie, Lloydminster, Nisku, Red Deer. Our USA operations provide services from 23 office locations, our United Kingdom operations provide services from 7 office locations, and our Australian operations provide services from 5 locations.

• Conducting non-destructive testing (NDT) inspections and examinations at facilities and field sites for a wide range of industries.
• Interpreting NDT results and providing recommendations based on findings.
• Maintaining NDT equipment and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.

• CGSB RT/MT certification is a requirement.
• Additional CGSB certifications would be considered an asset.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to work in a rapidly changing environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Steel-toe boots are required;
  Apave Canada will provide additional PPE.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will have access to health benefits and will be required to join a union affiliated with the QCCC, if not already a member.

Legal entitlement to work in Canada is mandatory.
