As a crucial member of the Field Services team, the Leadhand Technician leads the construction, maintenance, and repair of electrical infrastructure. This temporary position, lasting 18 months, requires active mentoring of apprentices and journeymen in ENMAX procedures. You'll ensure adherence to safety protocols and represent ENMAX values in all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct small crew in electrical facility work

• Promote safety and compliance with Alberta regulations

• Instruct and mentor apprentices and journeymen

• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting

• Use infra-red equipment for problem identification

Requirements:

• Qualified under Alberta Electrical Trade standards

• Proven safety record and technical knowledge

• 24 months’ experience as Journeyperson Powerline Technician

• Valid Alberta driver’s license

• Commitment to ongoing qualifications and training
