Bouchier is seeking Industrial Mechanics / Millwrights for their CNRL Horizon site in Fort McMurray, Alberta. This full-time role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and supporting HVAC systems in a major oil sands facility. The ideal candidate is a Red Seal Journeyperson with strong mechanical skills and a commitment to safety, looking to join a leading Indigenous-owned company in the Athabasca Oil Sands region.

• Valid Red Seal Journeyman Ticket as Industrial Mechanic/Millwright
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a ticketed journeyman (preferred)
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with clean abstract
• CSO (Common Safety Orientation) and WHMIS 2015
• Experience servicing belt driven equipment, fans, and electrical motors
• Strong mechanical ability and problem-solving skills
• Good coordination, manual dexterity, physical strength, and stamina
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and technical specifications
• Basic understanding of computerized machinery and fluid mechanics
• Must currently reside in Canada and be eligible to work in Canada

• Previous oil sands site experience
• Good written and oral communication skills in English
