Seasonal Directional Drillers

Airswift is hiring Directional Drillers for seasonal, field-based work in Calgary, Alberta. This role involves executing safe and efficient service delivery in oilfield environments, focusing on operational excellence and HSE compliance. The ideal candidates are experienced in field operations, committed to safety, and able to work independently in remote locations.

- Ability to consistently wear required PPE and follow all HSE policies
- Maintain all required safety certifications and training
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently in remote field environments
- Experience with risk assessment, service quality, and operational execution
- Team-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
