As a vital member of the Separation Service Team, you will perform comprehensive servicing of high-speed separators and decanter assemblies.
Your role will emphasize precision measurement, mechanical problem-solving, and adhering to safety protocols within our ISO 9001 framework. Engage in technical excellence and maintain an organized workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute lifecycle servicing of industrial rotating equipment
• Apply machining and fabrication techniques to refurbish components
• Interpret engineered drawings for high-quality repairs
• Lead safety compliance within HSE guidelines
• Operate forklifts and cranes for material handling
Requirements:
• Certified Journeyman Millwright or Industrial Machinist
• Proven experience with rotating machinery
• Proficient in manual machining and shop safety
• Strong problem-solving skills in mechanical contexts
• Availability for flexible hours to meet service needs
Contribute to quality repairs and uphold Alfa Laval's high standards as an Industrial Mechanic.
