Position:

We are currently looking to hire an Assistant Metal Shop Manager to join our growing team. Projects vary from residential multifamily to commercial/ industrial work. Scope of work includes architectural facades and metal roofing systems. Hours to be 10+ a day and weekends when needed.

Our Ideal candidate will be a reliable and responsible person who can work efficiently in a team atmosphere, using their knowledge and skills to achieve the task at hand. A safe professional mentality and solid work ethic are important to our company culture. Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years in a foreman or manager role for shop/sheet metal.

Key responsibilities:

• Sheet Metal Layouts (Square to rounds, Litre heads)
• Problem Solving
• CNC Operation and Maintenance
• Brake and Shear Operation and Maintenance

Required for applicants:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Foreman or Manager for a shop/sheet metal.
• Knowledge of Panel builder/Auto Cad
• Excel Knowledge
• Organizational Skills
• Communication
• LSE
• Knowledge Of Cap Flashing and Cladding Systems is beneficial
