DV8 Energy is in search of a dedicated technician to support field operations across Western Canada. This full-time role emphasizes important skills in troubleshooting low voltage control systems and Variable Speed Drives. Additionally, you will train clients on equipment usage and collaborate with engineers to enhance system capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot low voltage control circuits and Variable Speed Drives

• Measure electrical components in live environments up to 600V

• Train customers on proprietary equipment installation and use

• Maintain organized documentation for safety and compliance

• Collaborate with engineers to develop innovative solutions

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial or oil fields

• Electrical Technologist diploma or equivalent experience

• Proficiency in troubleshooting live electrical equipment

• Willing to travel regionally on short notice

• Ability to work outdoors in changing conditions
