This full-time position requires collaboration with other technicians to diagnose issues and implement corrective actions effectively. We seek candidates who are licensed, possess time-management skills, and can support Apprentices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventative maintenance on Bison’s tractor fleet

• Diagnose issues based on inspection findings

• Provide superior customer service to Drivers

• Support and mentor Apprentices in their training

• Maintain accurate records using basic computer skills

Requirements:

• Licensed Tractor Technician with hands-on experience

• Mandatory qualification for performing Safeties

• Strong diagnosing abilities and time management

• Valid Driver's License and ability to work unsupervised

• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs
