With a minimum of 7 years of experience or a Red Seal, you will work on diverse projects, including Net Zero and Passive Homes. This role is ideal for a self-sufficient individual who thrives in a team and enjoys mentoring apprentices, ensuring site safety and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct demolition and ICF work on sites

• Frame buildings and manage window and door installations

• Handle exterior siding and insulation efficiently

• Oversee drywall, tile, flooring, and cabinetry work

• Complete daily work logs and submit material requirements

Requirements:

• Licensed Carpenter with 7 years or Red Seal required

• Expertise in various carpentry tasks, especially framing

• Capability to read construction plans accurately

• Valid driver’s license and own tools necessary

• Willingness for local travel across Ottawa job sites
