Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing and heating

• Conduct repairs on windows and appliances

• Manage exterior maintenance and grounds care

• Execute painting and drywall repairs effectively

• Identify and report maintenance deficiencies

Requirements:

• 2+ years in a maintenance-related field
