Key Responsibilities:

• Perform minor plumbing and electrical repairs

• Inspect and maintain HVAC systems and boilers

• Execute general carpentry and installation tasks

• Manage on-call duties during weekends and after hours

• Respond to and track tenant maintenance requests

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in handyman work

• Proficiency in carpentry, drywall, and tiling

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

• Ability to handle after hour emergencies

• Successful completion of security clearance
