Building Automation Service Technician

We are seeking an organized Building Automation Service Technician who can work independently. Key responsibilities include diagnosing BAS control and IP/MSTP networks, conducting preventative maintenance, and executing small installations. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and recommendations, ensuring effective communication with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot BAS control systems and networks

• Perform preventative maintenance on BAS equipment

• Respond to after-hour service calls

• Execute small-scale installation projects

• Commission and create graphical interfaces for BAS

Requirements:

• Experience with Johnson Controls, Siemens, or Delta Controls

• Ability to travel for work

• Networking and energy management experience preferred

• Programming background considered an asset

• Commitment to customer service and support
