Kidco Construction is seeking experienced Skid Steer Operators to join their Foundation Excavation division in Calgary. This role involves operating skid steers for basement excavation, back filling, and loading trucks in residential subdivisions. The ideal candidate is safety-oriented, skilled in confined spaces, and values teamwork and quality workmanship.
Perks & Benefits- Wage: $25,000 to $35,000 annually (competitive hourly wage reflective of skill and experience)
- Paid overtime after 8 hours/day or 44 hours/week

- Ability to read and understand plot plans (asset)
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and clean 3-year driver’s abstract
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Physical capability to bend, crouch, kneel, and lift up to 35 pounds
