Position: Remote Machine Operator 1 at Loram
Operate and maintain railway equipment remotely with Loram as a Machine Operator 1.

Your role will involve inspections, repairs, and safety management while working full-time from anywhere.

In this crucial full-time position, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and repairing railway maintenance equipment. Your expertise in machine operations and technical knowledge will support safety and operational effectiveness. Strong communication skills are vital for reporting and collaborating with supervisors and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct machine inspections to identify defects and hazards

• Maintain on track safety protocols during operations

• Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on equipment

• Record parts usage accurately for inventory tracking

• Complete daily reporting, including field and administrative tasks

Requirements:

• 3+ months experience with Loram equipment or equivalent

• 2+ years technical skills in mechanical and electrical operations

• Valid driver’s license and railroad certifications required

• Familiarity with MS Windows and remote operations is preferred

• Ability to travel 100% domestically and internationally
