We are looking for a skilled Lead Hand with over 5 years of experience in commercial interior renovations and fit-outs. Your expertise will encompass all aspects of the interior lifecycle, including drywall installation, flooring, and ceiling grids. This hands-on position requires high standards and a commitment to delivering excellence, particularly in hospitality and retail environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute T-bar and ceiling grid installations

• Perform expert-level mudding, taping, and sanding

• Install various flooring types and millwork

• Collaborate with Site Supervisor for trade coordination

• Maintain a clean and safe job site

Requirements:

• 5+ years in commercial construction

• Valid Driver's License and travel willingness

• Knowledge of Alberta Building Codes

• Mandatory WHMIS and First Aid certifications

• Journeyman ticket in Carpentry is a plus
