Avionics Technician at De Havilland

Elevate your career as an Avionics Technician with De Havilland Aircraft of Canada. This role focuses on electrical systems and avionics installations in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

As a key member of the Twin Otter assembly team, you will report to the Production Manager and engage in various avionics tasks. IDEAL candidates will have a fundamental understanding of aviation systems, including electrical wiring and troubleshooting of communication and navigation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical wiring and system installations in aircraft

• Interpret maintenance manuals and wiring diagrams accurately

• Install and troubleshoot avionics systems ensuring safety

• Fabricate and repair wiring components and parts

• Conduct inspections to verify compliance with industry standards

Requirements:

• AME “E” Transport Canada license or relevant experience

• Experience with aircraft wiring and avionics considered an asset

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Good communication skills, both oral and written

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
