Become an MxU Installer with AFL, focusing on GPON wiring installation for multi-unit properties in Canada. Contribute to effective connectivity while ensuring top-notch customer service.
As an MxU Installer, you will be responsible for installing high-speed fiber connections for residential and business needs. Your work will greatly affect the quality of service AFL provides, and you'll have the opportunity to grow within a team that values diversity and integrity. Safety and productivity are key, as you'll collaborate closely with field service leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and maintain fiber optic cabling systems
• Ensure site safety through required orientations
• Perform Optical Power Meter testing on installations
• Provide constructive customer interaction and support
• Track vehicle and work-related expenses efficiently
Requirements:
• Experience in telecommunications or structured wiring
• Valid class 5 driver's license is a plus
• Ability to handle physical demands of the role
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
