Role Details

Work Location – Calgary

Hourly Wage - $46.87 per hour, plus a $1.00 per hour night shift premium for eligible hours worked between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

Hours - Full-time position with a consistent schedule of 40 hours per week.

Shift - This position is scheduled to work Sunday through Thursday nights. Candidates must be available to consistently work the assigned overnight shift.

About This Opportunity
The Maintenance Mechanic role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of production lines, involving troubleshooting, immediate maintenance support, and proactive measures at Coke Canada production facilities.

Responsibilities

Responsible for troubleshooting and providing immediate preventative and corrective maintenance support to production lines.

Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform immediate repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment.

Overhaul and install new equipment.

Rebuild and fabricate parts.

Perform facility maintenance and maintain clean and safe work area.

Generate parts requests to ensure adequate inventory.

Generate and complete work orders as assigned.

Perform equipment change-overs and production line set ups.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Alberta Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) or 433A Millwright license required, Dual Ticket (Electrician/Millwright) preferred.

1-5 years of industrial maintenance experience required as a millwright.

Must have the ability to read and interpret diagrams

Programmable Logic Control (PLC) knowledge would be an asset.

Prior diagnostic/troubleshooting and preventative maintenance experience preferred.

Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment, Bottling experience preferred

Demonstrated mechanical and technical aptitude.

Basic computer skills, usage of SAP system
