Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and direct personnel for effective operations
• Assist PM Manager in coordinating materials and resources
• Address job site issues proactively with strategic planning
• Provide onsite training in equipment and safety practices
• Enforce safety protocols and company standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in landscaping industry
• 1 year in a supervisory role
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
• Knowledge in turf and horticulture techniques
• Landscape-related degree or certification is an asset
