As a GSE Maintenance Utility Technician, you will perform crucial non-certified tasks that contribute to maintaining ground service equipment. This entry-level position is ideal for those eager to learn and develop mechanical skills while focusing on shop organization and equipment staging. The structured training will set you on a path toward becoming a GSE Technician-I.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support technicians during preventive maintenance inspections
• Replenish fluids and replace basic service items consistently
• Assist with troubleshooting and staging tools for repairs
• Maintain a well-organized and compliant work area
• Safely move equipment and handle waste disposal
Requirements:
• Must have a Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in maintenance
• Up to 2 years experience in related fields considered favorable
• Ability to learn and interpret technical materials
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
