• Execute preventative maintenance on tractors effectively
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues
• Provide exceptional customer service to drivers
• Mentor Apprentices and offer guidance
• Carry out required safety inspections
Requirements:
• Licensed Tractor Technician certification necessary
• Background as a Heavy Equipment Technician is essential
• Strong diagnostic and time-management capabilities
• A valid Driver’s License is obligatory
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform various tasks
