In this role at Miele, you will diagnose and repair equipment at customer facilities, maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of field service experience and a solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems. You will ensure comprehensive documentation and build strong customer relationships through your service expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and perform repairs on Miele equipment
• Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections
• Maintain accurate service records in company systems
• Develop strong customer communication and trust
• Assist in special projects as required by the team
Requirements:
• Technical certification in Electrical or related field
• 3-5 years of relevant field service experience
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Capability to read technical documentation and schematics
• Must have valid driver’s license for travel
