Your role will involve troubleshooting and servicing analytical laboratory equipment while ensuring customer satisfaction. Engage with clients directly to assess their needs and deliver customized solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide on-site installation and maintenance for various analytical systems
• Troubleshoot and provide repairs for customer equipment
• Consult with clients to tailor service offerings and training
• Enhance service efficiency and discover new revenue opportunities
• Maintain tools and manage service parts inventory
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent military experience, with laboratory equipment repair
• 2+ years’ experience in a field service role
• Understanding of analytical laboratory environments and instruments
• Ability for frequent travel within assigned territories
• Valid driver's license and legal authorization for U.S. travel
