Leverage your technical expertise as a Field Service Technician at Leica Biosystems. This remote role focuses on maintaining and servicing critical diagnostic equipment across Canada.
As a Field Service Technician II for our Toronto-based team, you will be responsible for installation, servicing, and customer training on complex instruments. We value continuous improvement, encouraging you to grow your skills while ensuring compliance and delivering excellent service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair diagnostic instruments
• Document service activities to comply with regulations
• Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders
• Pursue ongoing learning about products and applications
• Foster customer satisfaction through quality service
Requirements:
• Associate degree or higher in Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 2 years hands-on service experience
• Strong technical aptitude in repair environments
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Ability to handle weights up to 50 lbs
