Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine maintenance and repair fleet tractors
• Diagnose mechanical issues to recommend solutions
• Deliver exceptional customer service to Drivers
• Mentor Apprentices during their technical training
• Utilize basic computer skills for work order management
Requirements:
• Licensed Tractor Technician with industry experience
• Must qualify for performing necessary Safeties
• Proven time management and analytic skills
• Valid Driver's License and ability to work without supervision
• Capacity to physically manage job demands
