Embark on your career in the trades as an Apprentice Millwright IV with Precision Drilling. This on-site role allows you to learn alongside seasoned professionals while working on critical oilfield equipment.
In this position at Rostel, you will assist Journeymen in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of sophisticated mechanical systems. With focus on safety and growth, you’ll be key to maintaining operational integrity within a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Align and install mechanical equipment with precision tools
• Execute equipment testing and necessary adjustments
• Repair hydraulic/pneumatic systems and pumps
• Operate various hand and power tools safely
• Maintain cleanliness for efficient shop operations
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED plus progression in vocational training
• At least 4 years of applicable manufacturing or shop experience
• Proficient in machining, welding, and tool usage
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and practices
• Detail-oriented with good communication abilities
