Broadstreet Properties is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to handle diagnostics and repairs in plumbing and electrical systems. You will also perform general maintenance tasks, including window and appliance repairs while ensuring the safety and quality of living for residents. Every task contributes to improving tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and fix plumbing, heating, and electrical issues
• Repair windows, doors, and appliances as needed
• Execute painting, mudding, and drywall tasks
• Conduct basic grounds maintenance and keep exteriors tidy
• Identify faulty operations and log necessary reports
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant maintenance experience
• Completion of a relevant trade certification is an asset
• Proficiency with hand tools and equipment
• Computer skills for managing work orders and timesheets
• Must have valid driver’s license and vehicle
